How do I get a refund?
"We don’t provide any refunds for fees related to realtor.com.cy accounts and add-ons. These are billed in advance (depending on your selected billing preference).

How do we charge you?
- You’re required to input a credit card number to get the free trial.
- Your free trial expires exactly after spending 200 visits after it’s redeemed. It’ll convert to a paid subscription and your card will be charged if you don’t cancel your trial before it expires.
- Billing cycles for free trials and billing charges are based on the date and time that the subscription was activated, in Universal Time Coordinated (UTC).
- To avoid getting charged, you’ll need to take offline your properties at least one visit before your trial ends. You can confirm the billing date by login in from your Settings page from your user Dashboard.
How will I receive my bill?
Our payment gateway will send you an automated email with your receipt.
How can I change my contact details?
You can change your contact details by login in to the user interface and selecting on the top right user settings.
How can I unsubscribe?
After login in to the user interface you can then select from the top right dropdown menu the payment settings button which will then provide you the option of unsubscribe.
